Baby Pacifier Box Sterilization
Product Description
I am working on the development of a new product: A cleaning and sterilization box for pacifiers. I am currently looking for a manufacturer capable of producing a prototype for this product.
Here are the key characteristics and specifications for our project:
Dimensions: Height of 15 cm, diameter of 10 cm.
Enclosure: ABS or polycarbonate plastic, two-part design (top and bottom shells).
Cleaning Chamber: Diameter of 5-7 cm, with a rotating mechanism in the center and a universal holder to secure the pacifier.
Water Reservoir: Capacity of 50-100 ml, located at the back.
Rotating System: Motorized axis at the center of the chamber for pacifier rotation.
UV System: Two symmetrical UV LEDs for sterilization.
Filter: Compartment at the bottom to collect water residue.
Rechargeable Battery: Lithium-ion battery located beneath the reservoir, charging via a USB-C port.
Controls: Three buttons for cleaning (water spray and rotation), drying (rotation only), and sterilization (activates UV LEDs).
We would like to know if you are able to produce a prototype based on these specifications, the associated costs, and the production lead time.
