Product Description
Fabric must be 100% virgin polyester;
Color 2 Black (standard operafion navel dress) with black bufton on top; Or Red (Sea Training Atlanfic Unit) with red bufton on top.
Must be universal (one) in size; Must have 6 panels;
Must be 3 ½ inch crown height with bufton on top;
Must include structured breathing eyelets;
Must include pre-curved bill 7" wide and 6 sfitches deep;
Must have a cloth sweatband; Strap must be Velcro adjustable polyester (fabric) hook and loop with 3" on both hook and loop side;
For 'Command ball caps', gold braids and laurel adornments must be provided -
Must be ISACORD Thread, light orange, 100% polyester and placed on the bill 8mm from the rim edge to laurel and 20mm gap between the two laurels;
"Strap must be Velcro adjustable polyester (fabric) hook and loop with 3" on both hook and loop side"
This means the adjustable strap should have:
