We are looking for a needle loom for flat narrow webbing to produce items as per the enclosed picture, with following specifications:

-Single or double webbing (reed) output
-Maximum width 300 - 350 mm/reed
-Maximum thickness 4 mm
-Possibility for weaving various patterns
-Catch thread mechanism to be included so that the webbing will not fray when cut

Materials to be used (one or combination):
-UHMWPE (Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene)
-Polyester high tenacity
-Aramid
-Polyamide high tenacity
-Combination of any of the above

Above materials are all Industrial yarns of high tenacity.
