I need a sawdust carbonisation furnace (capacity >1ton per hr) with additional tar/gas combustion unit (no wood vinegar/tar should be produced - but combusted on site to heat the machine). The furnace should run on combusted syngas/tar without the need for external heating after start-up. Gas emissions must be minimised to claim carbon credits on the resulting charcoal. Test run of a working unit on-site in China will be required before purchase.
