We are working on an energy storage project for a major hospital near Bangkok. The project will be a grid-tied system with full backup capability for the facility, tying into the existing backup infrastructure. 17.5 MWh will be reserved for outages, while 60 MWh will be used for peak-shaving and demand charge management. The total project capacity is 77.5 MWh and we will need 4-hour systems for a target power rating of 19.375 MW. Given the electricity costs, it is extremely important for us to keep costs low while being able to deliver reliable backup power in case of outages. Fire safety is a major consideration as well.
