Hello we are looking for a manufacturer who can produce powder coating ovens and spray booths. We require high temperature cure ovens either electric or gas built with insulated sheet metal robust framing and digital temperature controllers as well as spray booths with filtration systems exhaust fans powder recovery options and modular construction The supplier must have experience in sheet metal fabrication including cutting bending welding and should be capable of integrating control boxes and thermostats The units must be insulated with heat resistant materials and designed for industrial use We prefer suppliers who can share photos of previous builds or sample units and can handle low minimum order quantities for trial orders Please include your company profile fabrication capabilities photos of similar projects lead time for a sample oven estimated at 10X8X8 feet material specifications control box integration options and estimated pricing FOB or EXW
