Conical compression spring must be 500mm long, 100mm when compressed, with 200mm base diameter, 50mm at the top, compression weight of 500grams.
Like the spring in the image but a lot taller.
I think a flat metal will work better. Must be strong enough to take getting compressed fully over 5000 times without breaking or altering the shape.
I only need one or two as a sample for a new prototype.
Open to suggestions for this? Not sure of the science behind a spring so if anyone can make something like this let me know.
