Monthly quantity 50000 mts upto 100, 000 mts per month

Please advise if any supplier from China is possible

WORKING PROCEDURE

The buyer confirms the SCO and sends the bank details to the official ICPO.

Seller issues Draft Contract/SPA to Buyer, Buyer returns countersigned contract to Seller with Letter of Acceptance.

The seller reviews the signed contract and sends a copy of the signed contract and the sealed contract in PDF to the buyer, both parties deposit with their respective banks.

The seller provides the buyer with the partial POP documents (PPOP) listed below.

The seller signs the CPA with the shipping company and hands over the complete POP documents and 2% PB to the buyer's bank.

SGS inspection fees for the product will be borne by the seller at the port of loading.



The seller invites the buyer to the visit to witness the final inspection, the loading of the product at the port and the meeting of the high table for the negotiation of the future transaction (optional for the buyer).



Loading and shipment of product begins as scheduled, upon arrival of vessel and finalization of SGS at destination port, buyer releases payment by expedited funds transfer in bank 72 to seller for full value of shipment in favor of the seller after unloading of the product at the port of destination and receipt of all relevant shipping and export documents for immediate negotiation and credited to the buyer's bank account.



The seller pays within 48 hours the intermediaries concerned in accordance with the signed contract and the NCNDA.
