It is imperative (important) for your own good & Our peace of mind that you first CLEARLY read and UNDERSTAND the following BEFORE you make any quotation or offer;

A) First ensure you can match the specifications,

B) You can handle the quantity,

C) You accept 100% LC payment confirmed by any Prime China/World bank and Payable at your bank counters.

D) You are able to deliver CFR named discharge port in a timely manner, quality and quantity contracted

E) You are able to deliver loose bulk (not bagged) cargo.

Only subject to the above A-E then make us a quotation or offer proposal for;

Product: DAP 18: 46: 0.

Specifications:
1. Moisture % by weight: 1.5 maximum,

2. Total Nitrogen % by weight: 18 maximum,

3. Ammonical Nitrogen form % by weight: 15.5 minimum,

4. Total Nitrogen in the form of Urea % by weight: 2.5 maximum,

5. Neutral Ammonium Citrate soluble Phosphates (as P205) % by weight: 46 minimum,

6. Water soluble Phosphates (as P205) % by weight: 41 minimum,

7. Particle size: 90% minimum of DAP must pass through 4mm sieve and should be retained on 1mm sieve. Not more than 5% must be below 1mm sieve.

Delivery mode: Loose Bulk (not bagged).

Quantity: 40'000 MT minimum - 50'000 MT maximum load per month effective February 2019.

Terms: CFR Krishna Pattnam, Kandla, Mundra or Vizag ports India (your choice).

Shipment: Within 21 days from your bank receipt of LC.

Payment: Only 100% LC, Confirmed by any China/World Prime bank and payable at Sight at your bank counters.

Warranty: 2% Performance Guarantee Bond.

Note 1: Our role as Procurement Investigators is to secure a qualified proven supplier.
The Contract will be between importer (buyer) and exporter (seller).

Note 2: Please provide with your proposal/offer a copy of;
1. An independent analysis report,
2. Photo of the DAP (for colour purpose).

Remarks: We reserve the right to neglect/reject offers that do not adhere to the above explained.
