Subject: Inquiry for Supplier of Equipment for Hot-Rolled Bar Production
We are currently in search of a supplier for complete equipment or individual components required for the production of a specific detail - a hot-rolled trapezoidal bar made from 42CrMo4 material, with dimensions as specified in the documentation and photos.
Our interest lies in a straightforward, cost-effective, manual manufacturing process for the aforementioned detail, with an initial low production target of one ton per hour. We are considering initially rolling from round bars of 85-95 mm diameter or rectangular bar with cross-section of 65/75 mm, or any other dimensions you may propose.
Our facility will have a furnace with a length capacity of up to 2, 5 meters. The rolled bar will undergo hardening and tempering processes to achieve the desired impact resistance parameters of 50 J/cm2 and hardness 280-320HB

We are specifically interested in a simple, cost-effective, and low-budget approach to obtaining these details. We would prefer solutions based on dedicated three-roll mills. Currently, there are no plans for other productions on the mentioned equipment; However, the implemented solutions may be subject to modification and configuration for different products in the future.
