What is the elevation difference between the surface level of the water and the end of the discharge line? 21'
What is the discharge diameter? 6"
How much depth of material are you looking to remove? 24'
Are there any bends or elbows in the line? Yes, 6 bends that are 90 deg elbows or Tee fittings.
What is the pH level of the fluid? Slightly acidic as per MSDS (pH not stated)
If acidic, what type of acid is present? Calcium chloride slightly acidic as per MSDS sheet
What is the ratio of acid to water? As per MSDS sheet: [27%-30% CaCl2], [4%-7%MgCl2], [NaCl less than 2%], [H2O comprises the rest of the brine solution]
What is the temperature of the fluid being pump? 15-25 C (dependant on ambient temperature).
Are there any solids that we need to pass? If so please describe nature and size? No, would be mud and scale in tank. Suction screen for the impeller needed.
What type of electric power are you operating off of? 575-600 VAC 3 phase 30-AMP 60 Hz
Do you require control and float switches? No
Is there a minimum flow or rate that must be met? Yes. As per old pump (data plate not legible) best estimate is 600 M^3/Hr.
