Terms and Conditions of Quotation Code: GSK/2319/8876/031/909

1. Suppliers interested in this business dealing must first shipped and supply free boxes of samples products.
2. Must be in original packing for European Union Countries Labs and Meds testing.
3. Shipping fees and charges will be bear by the seller.
4. All tests, investigation and Med's testing Fees and chargers on the given samples will be borne by buyer.
5. Return results belong to buyer and is non-negotiable.
6. Samples must be shipped to labs address as according to the buyer's schedule (any delay will deem the deal off immediately. )
7. Contracts and all negotiable details including cost and pricing will be opened for discussion after all products testing.
8. Buyer is open to discussion of payments schedule once samples are received and tested. Seller will be paid through ICBC or Credit Suisse if full complete payment before shipping is required and approved.
