Attached are PDF images of what I am looking for. They are:

ABS Posters as per the given dimensions.

The options are either to print directly on the ABS poster OR print a sticker separately then stick it onto the ABS cut out. Kindly furnish the best option with its cost implication on each option.

They are to be displayed internally in supermarkets near the shelves next to the products to increase visibility. This means, they are to be hang/suspended from the roof. This is one of the key aspects of the POS adverts cause they are meant to dangle next to the advertised products on the shelves. Please provide the mechanisms to be used to suspend them from the roof.

I believe the higher the quantity the lower the price. Please break it down for me from the cost of sample to 30000 units showing the discount range in between.

I am open and flexible so any other information you might deem fit to add, I am open to suggestions.
