Within the giblet harvesting section of the plant it is also common to chill the harvested giblets. In order to perform this giblet chilling, delivery programme comprises separate chillers for hearts, livers, gizzards and necks. These chillers can be either installed as stand alone models, or it is also possible to install three of them together on one platform in the giblet harvesting section of the plant, thus saving space.
