I am writing to you from Make The Brands, a USA-based company specializing in brand acquisition, development, management, and marketing, located in Florida. We are currently evaluating potential suppliers for our online retail segment and are interested in forming a strong, mutually beneficial partnership. Request for Quotation: Bit Socket Seats

We are requesting quotes for an initial order of 11 seats, with the potential for other seats in the future. Our plan is to purchase 50, 000 units annually for each type of seat, with the possibility of increasing this volume based on market feedback. Initially, we require quotes for the bit sockets only. Details regarding the packaging and the case will be provided after we receive the initial quote, with no exceptions, due to our company policy. It's important to note that we have a sister company dealing with similar products and are well-versed in market dynamics and landing costs that foster ongoing partnerships and success.

For the Bits:

Material: We require Heat-treated S2 alloy steel.
Surface Treatment: The bits should be treated with zinc phosphate.

For the Sockets:

Material: We'd like the sockets to be crafted from Hardened treated Chrome Vanadium steel.
Finish: Please ensure that the sockets have a fully polished, chrome-plated mirror finish. With double grooves.
Sizes and Logo: We request that the sizes and our logo be stamped onto the sockets.

Could you also provide a lab test report detailing the Rockwell Hardness (HRC) measurements for both the bit and socket and their maximum torque capacity in inch-pounds?
