We need a complete production line they want to produce per year:
4600 tons 30 mm
13000 tons 60 mm
13000 tons 80 mm
20000 tons 100 mm
6600 tons 125 mm
The steel used will be 70Cr2, the targeted hardness is higher HRC 60.
You have freedom to design the unit according to your experience, please use wherever it is possible natural gas for the heating aggregates.
For the 125 we might need forging process I am not sure if this works with skew rollers.
Sorry I would need the offer from your side pretty fast as we need to send the documentation to the client urgently, the order is basically on hand but we need to deliver the process description, a simple sketch and the pricing as soon as possible.
