One of our customers is looking for Turnkey Project to produce 50TPD Esterquats to use it producing Fabric softener.
Our Customer Is looking for a turnkey project including processing parts, Utilities & installation materials.

I. Project description

Esterquats production is a two-stage process involving esterification and quaternization. Esteramines, an intermediate for the production of esterquats is produced by esterifying of palm-based fatty acid and triethanolamine in the presence of hypophosphorus acid of 50% purity.
The finish material produced as Esterquats will be the main raw material for liquid fabric softeners

Raw material: Palm Oil FFA (Free fatty Acid), carboxyl ethynyl & triethanolamine.
Finish Product: Esterquats
Required Processing capacity: 50TPD (24hr. )

III. Required information and Details:
Kindly consider that the proposal should include the following:

-To Provide Consumptions (Water, Power, Air...etc. )
-To Provide Area Required for your machines and what are the required utilities.
-To Provide Clear Photos and videos for the machines while running and 3D Simulation if Available.
-To Provide Test results of the Finish Product as reference. If available from your previous cases.
-To Provide the Configuration List for the machines.
-To Provide Famous brands for Electrical, Hydraulic & Pneumatic parts.
-To Provide heavy duty Mechanical parts bearings and seals.
-To Provide Layout (CAD) Drawing, Flow Chart Diagram and PID "Process Instrument Diagram" if available
-To Provide Recommended spare parts list For 2 years
-To Provide an Instruction Manual. If available
-To Provide a maintenance (troubleshooting) manual.
-To Provide an Installation manual.
-To Provide a Pneumatic diagram. *
-To Provide an Electrical diagram. *
-To Provide the Hydraulic diagram. *
*The electrical diagram, Hydraulic diagram, and pneumatic diagram should match the real situation and connections on the machine.
**Each connection on the machine should have a name tag matching the diagrams.
-To provide a backup Soft Copy and USB copy of the PLC program and HMI program.
-The HMI and all diagrams, and manuals should be in English language and should not include any information of the supplier.
-The HMI should be with complete Production/Fault Indication messages.
-The HMI should include an Input/Output (I/O) List page, Automatic function, and also should include a Manual page for the manual control of each machine function separately.
-All machines should be without any nameplates of the supplier on it, and instead should be with (Forstec Company Information Nameplate with Serial number only).
-The supplier should provide a (Timeline Schedule) for machines manufacturing and there should be a weekly update on the (Timeline Schedule) status.
