We are already manufacturing bicycles inside our company but some parts are bought from outside. Now we wish to start a factory in which every bicycle item is manufactured. The land is 17 hectares of land for this purpose and have a good client base already. We have been into bicycle business for more than 30-40 years and thus are very confident for the opening of new factory. As I have discussed with the management of your company, They would like you to consider the joint venture as we wish to have following things from your side:

1. ) You will be requested to share your technology with us that is the drawings of your product.
2. ) You will be requested to provide a professional designer for joint venture.
3. ) You will be required to suggest us machinery for production.
4. ) Your technical manpower production team will be required, labour will be of our company.
5. ) 2-3 people for your company will be needed as management in the joint venture.

We will be working on some share of profit sharing with your company and within a year or two your investment will be paid back to you. If you have any terms and conditions, we are ready to discuss and accept.
