Please provide P&D on the attached RFP document with the following conditions by end of day Aug 16, 2018:
1. Partial quotes will be accepted
2. Guaranteed and irrevocable pricing for 110 days
3. Prices Must be CIF Long Beach, California
4.2 years product warranty upon plant commission. Estimated commission date: November 30, 2020
5. All the lumber / wooden packing, including skids, must be bark-free, heat or fume treated or processed and stamp in accordance with "ISPM-15 guidelines for regulating wood packing material in international trade"

7. Estimated weight and dimensions of the largest shipping unit
8. Estimated weight, quantity, and dimension of remaining shipped out.
9. A delivery lead time should be indicated on the quote proposal
10. Supplier should identify the location of the manufacturing facility
11. A manufacturing progress report is required once the Purchase Order (P. O. ) is issued.
B. The supplier shall provide a progress report every 2 weeks thereafter in sufficient detail to allow a realistic evaluation of progress towards completion.
12. The supplier upon request should submit all pertaining documents related to the manufacturing of the product such as but not limited to MTR's; Data sheets; Shop drawings and/or other technical requirements.
