I'm looking to promote my new business with gift cards and I need to buy around 10, 000 gift card packaging boxes. The spec is very similar to what you will see in the attached images.

It needs to be white in color, probably with a shiny / glossy white application that gives it a high-quality look. The material is paper-based, but needs to be thick like a card board. The sizes can vary, anything that is bigger and can fit a credit card inside makes sense. A perfect dimension would be:
- 11, 5 cm length
- 8, 5 cm width
- 2 cm depth.

Ideally, it should be made out of 3 parts as seen in one of the images called 3 Part Packaging. The top part on the picture is the inside paper packaging that holds the gift card or credit card in place. This piece goes inside the bottom part of the outside packaging, shown in the middle. And then on top, there is the top lid part that covers both parts and seals the box. The parts in the picture are black, but I would prefer having them all in white. The inside part can be a normal paper quality, only the outside view of the bottom and top part should be applied with a glossy white finish or some sort of application.

Now, those were the ideal dimensions and characteristics. However, I am looking for a inexpensive option so if you have already gift card boxes in a certain size, design and characteristics, I'm also open to hear about them. For me the following priorities are important:
1. Price
2. Overall look-and-feel
3. Quality

I'm not interested in particular personalizations or logos to apply, because that would drive up the price. More out-of-the-box availability is better at this point. As I plan to give away these boxes for free, the price is key. Of course, it has to come with an acceptable look-and-feel that is modern enough and has an acceptable quality.

I'm planning to buy more gift boxes after this initial cycle in 6 months cycles or shorter. Later I will be looking into also specific personalization / logo options and different designs, but not for this initial shipment.

I would appreciate if you can quote me on the options you have for such gift card boxes.
