I am Thomas from Korea and operating trading company which has registered in HK since 2004.
I had worked in LG in Korea for 15 years.
Now my main item is Tablet, Adapter and LCDPanel.
As I told you before, this project is the Korea government project. One of my partner will process this project in Korea.
This table is use for old person medical health. So the APK( program ) is very important and also tablet quality.
During the lunar calendar moon festival, I went to Korea and have a meeting with partner.
Basically. Must be match as bellow things.

1. LCD: 1280* 800, IPS pane, A Grade
2. Quad core cortex A9 ( RK3188T is OK )
3. 1G DDR and 8G Nand
4. WiFi/BT ( no need 3G function )
5. Must be Korea approved charger
6. Accessory: Charger, USB cable, ear-phone.
7. Over Android 4.3
The schedule: 1step: 2-5 PCS sample ( for test and show to the government member )
2ND step: About 10PCS to development APK and Test
3rd: 50~100PCS for pilot system
4th: Main order: At least MOQ. ( Total Volume = 300K for 3 years )
