Our company is Currently looking to start it's own Project to produce 50TPD Esterquats to use it producing Fabric softener.
We are looking for a turnkey project including processing parts, Utilities & installation materials.

First of all let me share with you general information's about our project (Please check project block diagram in attach)


I. Project description

Esterquats production is a two-stage process involving esterification and quaternization. Esteramines, an intermediate for the production of Esterquats is produced by esterifying of palm-based fatty acid and triethanolamine in the presence of hypo-phosphorus acid of 50% purity.
The finish material produced as Esterquats will be the main raw material for liquid fabric softeners

Raw material: Palm Oil FFA (Free fatty Acid), carboxyl ethynyl & triethanolamine.
Finish Product: Esterquats
Required Processing capacity: 50TPD (24hr. )
