We are currently looking the manufacturer to build our Fluidics Chips at the lowest cost. The facility must be having the manufacturing capability on sheet screen printing, dispensing chemical, lamination and die or laser cutting. - Flatbed Screen Printing: The PET sheet (layer 1) size is 12"X 12" and 10 or 14mil thickness. Each sheet will have 8 strips and each strip shall have 13 chips. The ink layers are included Silver, Carbon, AG/AgCl and Dielectric (2 layers).
- Dispensing Chemical: Dispensing chemical (customer supplied) on to 2 spots (1 micro liter on each spot) of each chip
- Curing - Curing the sheets at 65C for 5 to 10 minutes
- Die or Laser Cutting: Cut 9" wide roll (white polyester film) into sheets and then laser cut 10 parts (layer 2/213.36 X 22.86mm) per sheet & 87 cutout per strip. Cut 9" wide adhesive tape roll into sheets and then laser cut 8 parts (layer 3/ 213.36 X 22.86mm) per sheet & 45 cutout per strip. Laser cut two holes/strip on the PET substrate sheet
- Lamination: Laminate layer 2 on to the top of layer 1 and then laminate layer 3 on the top of layer 2
- Cutting/Punching into Chip: Cutting/Punching the sheet into chip (0.55" X 0.55")
