Locks: Equivalent to Schlage Elan Lever handle design: Weiser, Dexter or Equal. Brushed nickel
Keying instruction: Apartment Entrance doors and storage rooms shall be keyed separately. Laundry room to be keyed separately but be passed by apartment keys. All keys master keyed. Furnish six(6) sets master keys. Exercise room shall have key card lock system.
Butts: Brushed nickel on cold rolled steel 3 1/2 inch X 3 1/2 inch
Hager: 1279 with US 4 finish or equivalent.
Schedule:
1. Exterior apartment doors- 3 butts per leaf, Schlage F10N"Elan" passage Latch and Schlage B-250PD-Night Latch
2. Recreation Room and Laundry Room: Same as apartments.
3. Interior doors- 3 butts, 1 Schlage F40N Elan Privacy Lock.
4. Bed Room- 3 butts per door, 1 Schlage F40 N Elan Privacy Lock
5. Steel Exterior entry doors & Stair Doors- Van Duprin 22L 22 rim exit devise with lever trim, & key lock and LCN 1000 series closer
Door stop: Provide spring type door stop for each door. Where one door opens against another attach door stop on top corner of major door. Hinge pin door stop may be necessary.
Door Viewer: Light or equivalent Model No. 4568 one way thru the door viewer Brass finish
Door Knobs/handles leading into hazardous areas(mechanical room, elevator equipment rooms etc. ) shall be knurled.
